Step 1
Application Form & Transcript
To start your application, you need at least 2 documents:
- Application Form (fill in the application form in this website)
- Current Transcript (either Official or Unofficial)
The main 2 documents required in this 1st step are the Application form and the current transcript (either official or unofficial).
The remaining documents (Final Transcript, Letter of Completion/Degree and AUI TOEFL or IBT TOEFL or IELTS) can be sent in the beginning in Step 1 if available or later (in Step 4 or Step 5) if not yet available. Please refer to the below deadlines:
- AUI TOEFL (score 500) or TOEFL IBT (79) or IELTS (6.0) = 2 weeks prior to the classes start. Most important is to provide the results prior to the starting date of the Master program.
- Final Transcript = Before we apply for your Visa; meaning Step 4
- Letter of completion or Degree = Before we apply for your Visa; meaning Step 4
Step 2
Conditional Offer of Admission
Once you have provided at least your Application Form and Current Transcript, we will provide you with a Conditional Offer of Admission and your 1st semester invoice.
- Conditional Offer of Admission means that you are accepted in the program, but you still need to provide one or all the following documents: Final Transcript, Letter of Completion or bachelor’s degree, AUI TOEFL/IBT/IELTS results (as stated in the above deadlines table).
- 1st semester invoice will include 2 subjects fees + Visa & Insurance fees. It will also include a Scholarship if you are eligible or an Early bird discount if applicable.
Step 3
Payment Receipt
Once ready, you will have to proceed with the payment of the 1st semester invoice and send a scanned copy of the payment receipt.
Step 4
Visa to Dubai
Once you have made the 1st semester payment, we will apply for your Visa in Dubai and get it ready for you. You have no visa procedure to undertake in Morocco.
To do so, we will need the following documents:
- 1st semester payment receipt
- Clear colored passport copy
- Picture: passport size
- Letter of Completion or bachelor’s degree
Step 5
International Student Arrival Form
Once your visa is ready, we will send you an E-Visa copy by email and notify you by phone.
We will also send you the International Student Arrival Form so that you can fill it and send it back along with your flight ticket. This way we will be able to arrange the Marhaba service for you, which is a service that helps students with airport procedures once you land in Dubai.
